Our philosophy is rooted in the power of collective voice - bringing together women from all backgrounds to advocate, act, and rise together.
Women’s collective voice is a vital force for justice, equality, and long-term social change. From challenging gender-based violence to advocating for leadership parity and equitable access to healthcare, education, and political power, history shows that progress happens when women rise together.
Iranian women - both inside Iran and in the diaspora - have long been on the frontlines of these struggles. Yet, much of this work has been fragmented. ICWIN was founded to connect these efforts, amplify shared goals, and foster a united front rooted in inclusion, intersectionality, and global solidarity.
We believe that true change requires more than isolated action - it demands a movement. A collective voice. A circle.
